Unveiling Hope and Ashleigh: A Celebration of Commitment to Well-being

We are thrilled to announce the unveiling of our two new elephants, ‘Hope’ and ‘Ashleigh’, at CJK and Ashleigh House (Coolmine’s Women and Children residential service supporting women affected by substance addiction). These elephants are a testament to our dedication to supporting the well-being of our people through the Elephant In The Room Movement.

Brent Pope joined us for this special occasion, sharing his personal journey and battles with mental health. His powerful reminder to “be kind and look out for each other every day” resonated deeply with everyone present.

The Elephant In The Room Movement is not just a campaign but a public declaration of our commitment to mental health and well-being. It’s about creating a supportive environment where conversations about mental health are encouraged and stigma is challenged.

Special thanks to Susie (@susieck_art) for her incredible artistry in bringing these elephants to life. These sculptures will serve as lasting symbols of hope and resilience within our community.
