Celebrating Zoetis’ Commitment to Mental Health Awareness
We are thrilled to share the incredible launch event at Zoetis, where we introduced the latest member of our Elephant in the Room herd, "Zellie." The event was a remarkable success, bringing together Zoetis’ leadership team to emphasize the importance of mental health in the workplace.
Event Highlights:
Brent Pope’s Inspirational Talk: Brent Pope, the founder of the Elephant in the Room Movement, delivered an impactful speech that resonated deeply with the audience. His words about vulnerability, support, and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone present.
Introduction of Zellie: The bright orange elephant, fondly named "Zellie" (Zoetis + Ellie), symbolizes Zoetis’ commitment to promoting mental health awareness. The vibrant colour and presence of Zellie at the event were a beautiful reminder of the cause we all stand for.
Michelle Quint’s Dedication: Michelle Quint, Head of Strategic Operations at Zoetis, showed her unwavering support by getting a mini Ellie tattoo. Her gesture symbolizes her personal commitment to the cause and inspires others to be open about mental health.
Team Unity: The event showcased the strong bond and supportive environment within Zoetis. Leaders like Caroline and Celine shared their personal stories, demonstrating the power of vulnerability and creating a safe space for everyone.
Future Plans: We are excited about the future collaborations with Zoetis. Plans are underway to introduce more elephants at various Zoetis sites, starting with Michigan, USA, in October. We look forward to continuing our journey together, spreading awareness, and fostering open conversations about mental health.
