Recently, Honeywell Waterford hosted the launch of our latest "Elephant in the Room" sculpture, an initiative that aims to foster a workplace culture where mental health can be openly discussed without fear or stigma.

The launch event was attended by Honeywell employees, who gathered to witness the unveiling and to hear from representatives on the importance of mental health in their daily lives and work. Adorned with colourful handprints and messages like "We Strive to Thrive" and "We’re Here to Listen," this elephant embodies Honeywell's commitment to supporting its team members in all aspects of wellbeing.
